At Artevora, we take pride in offering carefully crafted napkin rings and hanging ornaments. Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the handcrafted and decorative nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong product has been delivered

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, size expectations, or décor mismatch.


Return Request Timeline

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be considered

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and protective materials must be intact

Unboxing Proof (Mandatory)

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
  • The video must clearly show the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Requests without proper proof may be declined.


Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and the item is verified, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Artevora

Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacements are subject to product availability

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged on arrival)

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted
